Honoring the Life and Legacy of Andrew Scibilia: A Beloved Husband, Father, and Friend

The community of Medford, NJ, and beyond, is mourning the loss of a beloved soul, Andrew  Scibilia, who peacefully passed away on October 2, 2023, at the age of 49. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Andrew leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and enduring friendships.

Andrew was the cherished husband of Heather (née Banfe) for two decades, and their love story remains an inspiration. He was a doting father to Alexander, Cara, and Ryan, showering them with love and devotion. He was also the dear son of Linda Scibilia and the late Joseph Scibilia and a beloved son-in-law to Patricia and Paul Banfe.

Andrew’s radiant personality touched the lives of everyone he encountered. He had a remarkable gift for making people feel loved and welcomed, instantly forming bonds of friendship.

Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance at the Givnish Funeral Home, 398 East Main Street, Marlton, NJ, on Thursday evening, October 5th, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (ET). On Friday, October 6th, a viewing will take place at 10:00 AM at St. Mary of the Lakes Church, 40 Jackson Road, Medford, NJ, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. The final resting place will be Parkview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a college fund for Alex, Cara, and Ryan via Venmo @Heather-Scibilia. Contributions can also be directed to the Lung Cancer and Related Disorders fund at Abramson Cancer Center, University of Pennsylvania, in memory of Andrew Scibilia.
