Unexpectedly Chance Beasley passed away, leaving friends, relatives, and the entire community grieving and in shock.
I’ve loved it ever since I was a kid. He has been “studying” the market since he was in elementary school and loves helping friends and family find their ideal home, despite the fact that he has not yet started his career.
Raised in Athens, he attended Madison County High School and Clemson University, where he majored in business management and was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity.
He was fortunate enough to land an administrative assistant job with one of Atlanta’s top realtors after graduating from Clemson, despite the real estate crisis.
He works with agents who conduct more than 200 transactions annually in his role as real estate director, where he gains extensive experience and expertise in real estate listings and sales.
He spent a year working as an associate before transitioning to being an independent dealer. He focused on the Atlanta metropolitan area and sold a variety of properties, including homes and dream homes.
Chance is excited to be back in Athens and to carry on with Upchurch Realty in the real estate industry. He is aware of the variety and distinctiveness that make each Athens neighborhood distinct because he has many friends and family members who live there. Making the buying and selling procedure as easy as possible is his top priority.
