Eva Braun was a long-time companion of Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler. She was previously Nazi photographer Heinrich Hoffman’s assistant. Hitler and Eva got married just 40 hours before committing suicide together. Eva apparently ingested cyanide, while Hitler shot himself, at the Führerbunker, as the Red Army marched into Berlin.
