On the evening of February 18, 2023, tragedy hit the Edmond Santa Fe High School community when word spread that Aiden Renner, a well-liked and popular student, had committed suicide.

Many in the school and the larger community were shocked by the news and questioned how such a bright young person could become so hopeless.

On February 18, 2023, Aiden Renner, a 15-year-old high school student from Edmond, Oklahoma, sadly and unexpectedly passed away. Aiden committed suicide, shocking and upsetting his loved ones.

A child allegedly claims that he was the target of severe bullying by his peers, which led to his suicide.

Aiden had missed school on the day of his death, which originally worried his classmates and teachers. Later that evening, reports that Aiden had committed suicide started to spread on social media.

The mother of Aiden begs parents frantically to speak to their children about the negative effects of bullying and to instill kindness in them. She accuses her of acting viciously and brutally.

From Aiden’s mom: It is with heavy heart that today Aiden went to be with the Lord. He was the most giving and generous boy in life and now in death he is still giving. We are honoring Aiden’s wish to be an organ donor. His life will save more families. I climbed into bed with him, holding him while Vince Gill played Go Rest High On That Mountain… Aiden went peacefully onto that mountain surrounded by his family and best friend, Skyler Owens. He was truly loved and that brings Gary and I peace. This is the last video taken last Saturday while he was learning to drive. I have been getting requests of what we need, well here it is!!
