Advanced SearchHarvey Korman was an American actor and comedian who had performed in numerous TV and film productions such as ‘The Danny Kaye Show,’ ‘The Man Called Flintstone,’ and ‘The Carol Burnett Show’. He often collaborated with Mel Brooks. Born into a family of Russian Jewish descent in USA, he served in the United States Navy during World War II. He decided to pursue a career in the entertainment industry after his discharge from the navy. He began his TV career as a head waiter in the TV show ‘The Donna Reed Show’. He then went on to appear in other shows, such as ‘Route 66’, ‘I’m Dickens, He’s Fenster’, and ‘Sam Benedict’. His first important work was in the teen comedy film ‘Lord Love a Duck’. The film was a satire of the popular culture of the time. He then performed a voice role in the comedy film ‘The Man Called Flintstone’. Over the years, he was also seen in many other movies like ‘The April Fools’, ‘Herbie Goes Bananas’ and ‘Trail of the Pink Panther’.
