The police in Pittsburgh are appealing to the general public for help in locating a missing 66-year-old man.
In spite of being released from the hospital on November 15 after treatment for a head injury, Francis Dugas has not been seen or heard from since, and police are concerned for his safety.
Dugas has grey hair and blue eyes and is 5 feet and 8 inches tall. The police report that he now sports a beard, has lost a lot of weight, and has a more unkempt haircut than in the official photo.
Dugas is frequently spotted in Pittsburgh’s Zone 6 neighborhood.
Anybody who may know his whereabouts is asked to contact the police at (412) 323-7141 or 9-1-1.
