Jonathan James Irwin, an English television host, author, lecturer, and real estate and business specialist, was born on November 18, 1973.

In the Leicestershire village of Bitteswell, Irwin grew up on a modest farm. Irwin attended Lutterworth Grammar School and Community College for his education. He graduated from Birmingham City University with a degree in estate management.

Irwin’s own program, Dream Lives for Sale, which saw him assist people in leaving their lives in the UK and purchasing a business, was broadcast on Sky 1 in January 2011.

Late in 2011, he started a brand-new Channel 4 morning show called The Renovation Game.

Irwin has provided business and real estate advice to customers for the past 10 years on anything from small high street gift stores to multimillion-dollar corporate hotel deals. He still maintains a real estate and business consulting firm.
