Child endangerment and domestic violence charges have been filed against Kyle McElravy. A criminal complaint states that on August 14, he was accused of striking a child several times in the head with an object. The complaint claimed that video footage of the incident existed.
According to the court records, charges were filed on Thursday.
According to WKBN’s reporting, the law director received a video showing child abuse and believes the child in the incident involving Kyle’s wife, Amber, for which she was charged.
A coroner has identified the victim of a car crash that left their vehicle in two pieces in Youngstown.
In October, a grand jury in Trumbull County, Ohio, indicted Amber on six counts of felony endangering a child.
It was reported that Amber had used a belt to beat a 5-year-old boy and thrown him across the room. Video of the alleged abuse of the boy appeared online, prompting authorities to launch an investigation.
The alleged criminal acts were committed between June 2021 and June of this year, as stated in the indictment.
On Tuesday morning, the authorities arrested Kyle and took him to the Trumbull County Jail.
