According to reports Larry Swenson has passed away leaving friends and family in shock.
The family of Larry Swenson, who owned The Office Café & Bar at 6860 Olney Laytonsville Rd in Laytonsville, is in grief.
The note below was posted by the family on The Office Café & Lounge’s Facebook page, praising Swenson as a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.
“We are very sorry to inform you that our beloved owner Larry Swenson passed away.
As we lament the passing of such a remarkable guy, husband, father, grandpa, brother, and friend, our hearts are heavy. We sincerely hope that you were fortunate enough to benefit from Larry’s talent for making everyone feel special and appreciated.
Each and every one of you is a member of Larry’s family, so thank you for everything you have done for him and The Office. While we mourn and process this loss, the office will be temporarily closed.
Larry was the community’s shining star and will always hold a special place in all of our hearts.
Our heartfelt condolences go out to the deceased’s family and friends, who have been struggling with the loss of such an intelligent and compassionate individual.
