Pennsylvania’s Chester County — Amber Alert issued by Pennsylvania State Police for missing 6-year-old girl.

The police say that at 6:10 p.m. on Tuesday, Zoe Moss was last seen in the Downington neighborhood of Chester County with Vanessa Gutshall, 37.

In Pennsylvania, Gutshall was seen driving a gray 2016 Volkswagen Jetta bearing the license plate number KXR3699.

Moss has a height and weight of 3’8″ and 50 lbs, respectively. Her hair is a light brown, and her eyes are blue.

The police have stated the child may be in danger.
