Ruchi Patel, 31, of Wellington, Florida, previously of Berlin, Connecticut, went away suddenly at her home on December 15, 2022. She was raised in Berlin and graduated from Berlin High School in 2009 as the daughter of Niranjankumar and Manisha Patel. She was born on February 5, 1991 in New Britain, Connecticut.
Ruchi continued her education after high school at the University of Connecticut, where she studied in business and participated in the Surya Indian dance team, serving as its president while also majoring in business. She worked as an intern at United Technologies (UTC) as a student at UConn, and once she graduated, she accepted a position in the UTC Financial Leadership Program.
Personal hobbies of Ruchi included. She was the life of the party and enjoyed dancing, music, and fashion and makeup.
She leaves behind two sisters, Avani Amin and her husband Dev of Chester Springs, Pennsylvania, and Dhruvi Patel of Berlin, Connecticut, in addition to her parents and her husband. She also leaves behind her grandparents, Sarojben and Ishwarbhai Patel of Surat, India, her paternal aunts and uncles, Vijaykumar and Rashmi Patel of Berlin, and Priti and Vijay Limbachia of Berlin, as well as Gordhandas Patel, her paternal grandpa, predeceased her.
On December 22nd at 11 a.m., family and friends are invited to a Celebration of her Life at the Carmon Windsor Funeral Home, located at 807 Bloomfield Avenue in Windsor. The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) at or the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals are both organizations in need of donations in Ruchi’s honor (ASPCA)
