The lady who was discovered dead in Great Falls on May 23, 2023, has been identified as 51-year-old Tammey McWilliams by Cascade County Sheriff-Coroner Jesse Slaughter.
A Missoula autopsy was performed on Wednesday morning, according to Sheriff Slaughter; the cause of death was numerous stab wounds, and homicide was the manner of death.
Just before 2 a.m. on Tuesday, police were called to a “noise disturbance” at Chowen Springs Park and the 800 block of 17th Street South.
Police discovered McWilliams’ body near the southeast area of the park, where they discovered numerous people trying to leave when they arrived.

Police have all given their names to the individuals they have located at the scene.
