The Chambersburg Toby Coy passed Away. 

On November 7, 2022, Toby passed away suddenly at home. Patsy (Hock) Kalb and the late Donald L. Coy welcomed him into the world on January 25, 1968. Toby was the branch chief at the Letter Kenny Army Depot, a former president of the American Legion, MOOSE, and VFW, coached Little League baseball and midget football, among many other good deeds for the younger members of the community.
