I did a fresh steam install of GTA 4 complete edition with patch 1.2.0.43 and installed FusionFix. I had expected it to work as the installation guide says ‘Install Grand Theft Auto IV Complete Edition (v1.2.0.30 and above required)’ but FusionFix wasn’t working at all so I was pretty confused.
This is a Fix Package that I have compiled for Grand Theft Auto IV: The Complete Edition on Steam. The aim of this Fix Package is to address issues with the game – both technical and gameplay-related – as well as to bring back the many missing songs that have been cut out of this game due to an issue with the licenses to them expiring.
The bug was never fixed officially by Rockstar and as of now GTA IV 2020 Complete Edition still has it.
— GTA IV Website. Fusion FM is a Jazz Fusion radio station which appears in Grand Theft Auto IV and is hosted by musician Roy Ayers. The station does not appear in Episodes from Liberty City and is instead replaced by Self-Actualization FM.
