Why did Paulina Gretzky get fired?
Johnson’s meltdown has also put an unflattering spotlight on Paulina Gretzky, who has come under fire from PGA insiders for “distracting” him from his game. The couple had planned to marry this autumn but she told Golf Digest the affair had been put on ice because of scheduling conflicts.
Johnson — who had reportedly been suspended by the PGA for cocaine abuse — is engaged to the Great One’s party girl daughter, Paulina.
Also under fire is the PGA itself. The golf governing body has been less than transparent with its wayward stars and typically does not reveal drug transgressions.
