Yesterday in La Porte County, a 20-year-old male was killed in a single-vehicle collision.
Braydon Flagg of Mill Creek was the victim, according to La Porte County Police.
Police reported that Flagg was operating a 2012 Toyota westbound on 50 North close to 1000 East in Wills Township just after 2:00 p.m.
He crossed the center line to the left for an unclear reason, then kept going left until he ran into a tree, according to the police. The car returned to the road after the collision and came to a stop.
According to the police, Flagg was freed from the car and transferred to a nearby hospital, where he was declared dead in the emergency room shortly after.

Police say that detectives are awaiting the outcomes of a toxicological test.
