Dog David Robinson, a co-star on The Bounty Hunter, passed away at the age of 50 after suffering a “stroke or heart attack” while on a Zoom call.


Dog’s Most Wanted, which aired on WGN in 2019 for one season and stars Robinson and Duane “Dog” Chapman, ran for one season.

Robinson’s ex-wife Rainey, who also participated in the program, told TMZ on Thursday that David passed away while he was on a Zoom conversation due to a medical issue. After arriving on the site, police and paramedics attempted CPR but were unsuccessful.

Close Robinson-related sources said that he appears to have suffered a “heart attack or stroke,” although an official cause of death has not yet been determined.

On Wednesday, David’s ex-wife Rainy announced his passing in an Instagram post.

It has a picture of David with the simple phrase, “11/2/72 – 11/30/22 #Fast156,” on it.

The hashtag appears to be a reference to David’s @Fast1556 Twitter account, despite the fact that he hasn’t posted in almost three years.

After over 25 years of marriage, Rainy, David’s then-wife, announced their separation in September 2020 due to “some very devastating and irrevocable behaviors.”

“David and I are separating after nearly 25 years of marriage (9/30/1995) and 27 years together,” she announced. “We have had a lot of years of joy, laughter, television, businesses, tears, and victories. We have three precious granddaughters as well as two lovely daughters.

We had a terrific run, and I am pleased of the time we spent creating a life. Marriage is hard, and it doesn’t always endure. We will always love one another as family because we are.

Without going into further detail regarding the breakup, bounty hunter Rainy stated that “unfortunately, some extremely terrible and irrevocable actions were performed which resulted in the end of our marriage.”
